Refund Timeline and Amounts:
If you request a refund before the initial draft delivery, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
If the refund request is made between 48 and 120 hours after initial draft delivery, you qualify for a 33% refund minus the 10% service and processing fee.
No refunds are issued after 120 hours post initial draft delivery; however, we encourage you to contact us for any concerns.
All refund requests must be directed to our support team. We reserve the right to approve or reject refunds on a case-by-case basis depending on your user agreement.
